This board consists of seven members. Five members are appointed within their Board of County Commissioners district and there are two members at large also appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.
Meeting Schedule
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board meets at 3 p.m. on the first Wednesday of every month except for July and Aug. in the Large Multipurpose Room, Centennial Park, 1120 Centennial Blvd., Port Charlotte, unless otherwise noted. There may be one or more members of the Board of County Commissioners in attendance at any given meeting.
